5 BR 4.5 BA with theatre screening room

For this project, our second for this Rochester, MN client, we themed several rooms after a famous Mayo Clinic (located nearby) patient from history. We have bedrooms designed after Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash, Ernest Hemingway, Helen Keller and Lou Gehrig, and a movie screening room with a 98" tv and pool table - co-themed around Muhammad Ali and silent screen actress Clara Bow. All of the rooms include books devoted to the subject person. We also got to theme a fun dog room since this property happily welcomes dogs. The main floor is nature themed. For the eating nook, we utilized tree bark fabric applied to the walls and created a canopy of faux branches overhead to give the feel of eating under a tree. Using creativity to make your listing unique is where we shine!

Ocean Isle Beach, NC

5BR 5BA with elevator, pool and tiki bar

For this beach house project, we went for clean and bright and fresh. From the beachy blue and green paint colors and crisp, all white linens to the sunbleached look of the flooring and fun tropical wallpaper, this house feels like a walk on the beach. The sun on your face, the wind blowing in your hair, the sand between your toes - that's the feeling we tried to evoke throughout each room's design from floor to floor.

3BR 2.5BA with game loft and hot tub

For this mountain house project, we wanted guests to get that warm and cozy feeling as soon as they walk in the door. From the rustic fireplace that will patina over time to the buttery soft chocolate brown leather sofa with soft buffalo plaid and sherpa blankets and pillows within reach of every seat, we created a haven guests will want to return to again and again.

5BR 3.5BA WITH HOME GYM AND GAME ROOM

For this Airbnb project near the Mayo Clinic , we wanted to create a large comfortable multi family gathering space for families in town for extended medical care. With two kitchens, two common areas and a complete home gym, our client thought of everything for her guests. Our job was to make it as homey as possible - when her guests can’t be at home.
